Mr. Gary Renner has a background in fundraising for various non-profits including Valley PBS where he’s served for the past eight years. Renner began with Wells Fargo Bank, which launched a 38-year career in financial services, specializing in corporate/business banking. During this time, Renner helped launch four regional banking offices and was principal in a private equity placements, mergers & acquisitions, and consulting firm. In his community, Renner serves as board chair for California State University, Fresno Association’s Audit Committee; as a finance council member for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Fresno; as Central Valley Council of Charitable Gift Planners board secretary; and is a member of the audit committee for the Fresno Chaffee Zoo. Renner holds a bachelor’s degree from California State University, Fresno; a master’s degree from the College of Notre Dame, and completed the Graduate School of Credit & Financial Management program (equivalent to an executive MBA) at the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College. He is also a veteran officer of the U.S. Army. |
